The AMT-FAPVR-30 is an Dual-Lens Multimodal Standalone Reader for Face and Palm Recognition module that can be used for a multitude of purposes. Its core board delivers 2.4 TOPS power for AI processing. This module uses double camera technology to capture high-quality images in infrared light as well as RGB format at resolutions suitable for faces or palms, thus ensuring accurate biometric identification. Auto exposure on the region of interest (AE on ROI) enables the module to take excellent pictures of faces and palms for better recognition rates. Additionally, built-in face/palm recognition algorithms enable full-cycle biometrics authentication, while an AI-based liveness detection algorithm guards against spoofing attacks.
